I purchased this product over a month ago and still do not have the Serial Number in order to use the product. My husband is a dentist and teaches dentists, doctors and chiropractors in the field of head and neck pain. I sent Adobe Dr. Collins CV, a letter explaining his field and what he does, a copy of the product code and also the CE Certification that Dr Collins gives out at the end of the classes. To date I have not received the Serial Number in order the utilize the product. I am so frustrated with the personnel that I have had to deal with thus far. They also mentioned the the product code on the box is not good. How could that be? I guess I am going to have to return this product – no one at Adobe ever returns calls or lets me know what needs to happen next. They are not a company I feel confident in dealing with in the future.

Not only did I have trouble with getting myself validated to use the software (the product code was not being recognized by the 3rd party administrator of eligibility verification) but I also found out that the software does not work with the latest updates of Snow Leopard after 7 hours of tech support.

Adobe needs to be more responsive and alert to these issues. Sad sad disappointment. I hope this helps anyone thinking about buying this. Do yourself a favor… save yourself the headache, and send me some money for saving you a minimum of 7 wasted hours of your life that you will never get back.
